I’m so livid, took my car in for an oil change, and this is what happened. Can’t lie and say it was not them lol they left their tool under my hood. Someone better contact me or I will sue. This is from the Dorothy Lane location.

Outstanding experience . The two gentlemen on duty were polite, welcoming, and very attentive. They went out of their way to help me, explaining the different oil options and giving clear details about parts I could consider replacing in the future. I really appreciated their transparency and patience. Will definitely be coming back!

Things were fine when I went in. The manager on duty was polite and professional as were the rest of the staffk. At that time i would have given a rating of 5. I did have to wait while an air filter was delivered, that was OK. As I pulled out my engine started making horrible noises and the entire front of truck began shaking. Your customer service is a joke. Wish you had negative ratings. As it finally turned out the employees did try to help but a mechanic came and found an insect was caught in a mechanism and blocking the air flow. Aplenty the bug got in while the air filter was being changed. I won't go into further details. I did apologize for losing my cool after being told numerous times it wasn't their fault and customer service telling me to do whatever I wanted with my truck that it wasn't his issue. He did give me a case number but as yet I have not heard from anyone. I do feel that if you are the manager on duty YOU should address the issue, if you are out when it happens when you get back you follow up. The manager on duty was young and perhaps he didn't know.

Take 5 Oil Change, located on E Dorthy Ln in Kettering did good job serving our vehicle. Thomas the sales manager accessed the kind of products we needed for our vehicle. Bryce, the technician, found a broken oil plug canister and replaced a it on the spot. We had a good experience having the oil changed with the process going smoothly. We definitely recommend this place to others.
